About us

Enviroshield is an independent asbestos surveying practice. We work across Surrey and the wider South East in domestic and commercial properties.
That local knowledge matters. We know where ACMs typically sit in this building stock, and we write reports that duty holders, contractors and managing agents can act on — with photographs, sample locations and plain recommendations.
What sets us apart is not a slogan. It is qualified surveyors who still go on site, turnaround that respects a contractor’s programme, and independence from any removal contractor. Bulk samples are analysed under UKAS Testing accreditation No. 22215.

Refurbishment & demolition
Fully intrusive surveys before strip-out or demolition. We open voids, linings and structural elements so works can proceed without unplanned disturbance.
Air monitoring & clearance
Independent reassurance, leak and four-stage clearance testing. We are not a removal contractor, so the figures you receive are unbiased.
Reinspection & management plans
Regulation 4 duty-to-manage support: condition reinspections, asbestos registers and written plans that stay current as the building changes.
